Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is celebrating all things summer with the return of it’s popular FREE BEER promotion! Starting May 22, only for a limited time, Free Beer is back for guests 21+. Guests ages 21+ can enjoy one complimentary 7 oz. ice-cold draft beer per day. Busch Gardens Pass Members ages 21+ can enjoy two complimentary 7 oz. beers per day. The Free Beer is only available at the Overlook Taproom on the 2nd floor of the Serengeti Overlook Restaurant, near Giraffe Bar. Free Beer will be available beginning at 11:00 a.m. each day until 90 minutes before the park closes. Typically the beer choices are standard domestic beers, but you sometimes see a craft beer or cider available.

The free beer location has changed throughout the years, but the Overlook Taproom is a great location. It’s the perfect way to take a break and enjoy all the world-class coasters, shows, and animals. A little hack for you, they typically scan the ticket barcode to keep track and limit people to one beer, so if you have non-drinkers in the crowd you can scan their ticket for an extra one later.

Free beer actually goes back to the historical roots of Busch Gardens when the rides, animals and gardens were part of a tour of the on-site brewery. A cold beer on a hot day in Tampa can be quite refreshing, so it’s great to see this promotion return. This is an awesome free perk given typical theme park beer prices, so get out to Busch Gardens and enjoy it this summer!
