I Rode Dive Bomber at Six Flags White Water to Achieve LogRide Park Completion

This past Sunday I finally got to ride Dive Bomber at Six Flags White Water and check the last remaining attraction I hadn’t ridden off my LogRide app. I use LogRide to track my roller coaster credits and everything else related to theme parks. It’s kind of addicting and if you’re prone to wanting “completion” like me you’ll sometimes ride stuff just to check it off. However, Dive Bomber was something I’ve wanted to ride for a couple years, it’s just been frequently closed.

New Water Attraction Coming to Busch Gardens Tampa to Replace Stanley Falls Flume

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay filed plans for a major new water attraction and will serve as a flume-style replacement for the demolished Stanley Falls Flume. According to the permit description this is the “removal of an existing water ride and construction of a new water attraction”. It appears some things (perhaps the station) may be salvaged as the project is a redevelopment with improvements including themed structures, building modifications, utility upgrades and hardscape/landscape enhancements. The project will span a 91,400-square-foot footprint, has a price tag of $16.5 million and has the codename: “Project Driftwood” . So now let the speculation begin!

Riding Catapult Falls, the World’s First Launched Flume Ride, at SeaWorld San Antonio

Catapult Falls at SeaWorld San Antonio is an Intamin flume coaster which opened in 2024. The ride is themed around camping and national parks and is the world’s first launched flume ride. In addition to the launch, riders will experience North America’s only vertical flume lift, two airtime hills and two splashdowns. For hot summer days in Texas Catapult Falls could be a fun way to cool off.
