Great Escape has unveiled its new park logo and begun the process of converting over from the old Six Flags name and logo. 2026 was slated to be a year of transition with the move over to Enchanted Parks branding expected by 2027. The logo incorporates the Adirondacks mountains, a roller coaster, a water ride and Merry Miller’s Mill in the storybook section of the park, tracing back to the park’s Storytown USA roots. Similar identity changes for the Great Escape Lodge and the water park are expected by the end of the year.

Great Escape is a beautiful park with an interesting and historic selection of rides. There’s a great new family wood coaster in Bobcat and a relocated coaster from Opryland and a log flume from a shuttered Busch Gardens park in California. The park’s storybook section is highly unique and Great Escape is also filled with natural beauty and the surrounding mountains frame the park very well. It will be interesting to see what Enchanted Parks does with Great Escape, but there’s reason to be excited as the whole park will at the very least be getting a minor refresh with the new branding.
