Universal Epic Universe has quickly established itself as a prime destination for thrill-seekers and, as it turns out, for those seeking unique and sophisticated adult beverages. The park, which opened on May 22, 2025, has made a name for itself not just with its incredible rides and themed worlds, but also with a diverse and creative lineup of cocktails, beers, and other alcoholic libations. Whether you’re looking for a refreshing spritz in Celestial Park or a potent potion in the Ministry of Magic, here’s a guide to some of the top spots to find alcoholic drinks at Epic Universe.

Celestial Park: The Hub of High-End Drinks

Celestial Park, the central hub of Epic Universe, is where you’ll find a constellation of dining and drinking options. This is the place for high-end cocktails and fine dining.

  • Atlantic: As the park’s premier table-service restaurant, Atlantic offers a variety of signature cocktails. The Northern Lights is a must-try, a color-changing concoction with vodka and limoncello, featuring a butterfly pea blossom ice sphere that transforms the drink as it melts. Another popular choice is the Melon and Herb Highball, a refreshing mix of gin, watermelon syrup, basil, and cucumber.
  • Bar Zenith: This bar in Celestial Park is known for its cosmic-themed cocktails. The Meteor Strike is a fan favorite, a blend of light rum, triple sec, lime, and pineapple juices, topped with edible gold glitter and a flaming raw sugar cube. You can also find the Meridian Bramble, a gin-based cocktail with raspberry liqueur and blackberries, and the Red Shift, a unique bourbon and cabernet sauvignon blend.
  • Meteor Astropub: A vibrant gastropub with a celestial twist awaits beer enthusiasts, cocktail lovers and burger connoisseurs. Enjoy all the pub fare you know in this meteor-themed hangout with a beer like a Sierra Nevada Cosmic Little Thing made Comet, Strata, and Helios hops for notes of citrus, berries, and lychee. It also has an amazing non-alcoholic option in the First Light Mocktail made with blue raspberry syrup, vanilla crème syrup, blue prism powder, Minute Maid blue raspberry, Sprite topped with a sweet cream cold foam with Pop Rocks.
  • The Plastered Owl (inside The Oak & Star Tavern): This whimsical tavern is the perfect spot for a cold beer and lively conversation. While the tavern focuses on BBQ and hearty fare, The Plastered Owl bar offers drinks like the Willowy Wood Highball and the Dapper’s Deer Old Fashioned.
  • The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant: This restaurant’s cocktail menu is one of the most creative in the park. The Chengdu Dream is a standout, a tiki-inspired drink with Sichuan baijiu, a rare Chinese grain alcohol. Another unique option is the Dalgona Khaosan Road, a cocktail that brings together Mekhong Thai liqueur, coffee boba, and dalgona coffee foam.
  • CelesTiki: For a tropical escape, head to this bar for a Caribbean Spice Colada, a non-frozen twist on the classic tropical drink.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter — Ministry of Magic: Magical Mixology

The Ministry of Magic land is home to some of the most unique and theatrical alcoholic drinks in the park, all served in an enchanting Parisian setting.

  • Bar Moonshine: Tucked away in a back corner of the Parisian streets, Bar Moonshine is the place to be for craft cocktails. The Lobe Blaster is a potent mix of moonshine and absinthe, while the Sherbert Lemon features vodka, a subtly sweetened herbaceous liqueur, and a lemon sugar rim. You can also find a variety of draft beers and a selection of wine here.
  • Le Gobelet Noir: While known for its food and the famous Butterbeer, this quick-service spot also serves a specially brewed ale and other beverages.

Dark Universe: Hearty Brews for Monster Hunters

In the eerie world of Dark Universe, the drinks are as hearty as the monster-hunters who frequent them.

  • The Burning Blade Tavern: This is the hangout for the village’s monster-hunters, and the menu reflects that. Here, you can find the Reaper’s Revenge, a rich brown ale with notes of caramel and clove, and Darthorne Mead, a blend of honey and blackcurrant boysenberry wine. Note: If you do the Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience guests will not be able to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages at Universal while in the makeup.
  • Das Stakehaus: This restaurant is themed as an old inn and dining hall built over the ruins of ancient catacomb run by vampires. The drinks are on theme such as a Darkthorne Mead made with blackcurrant-boysenberry vanilla with pink peppercorn infusion or a Rogue Dead Guy Ale. There’s also a great non-alcoholic option with the Monocane Mocktail made with pineapple syrup, blue raspberry syrup, passion fruit syrup, emerald prism powder and Sprite served in a souvenir beaker.
  • De Lacey’s Cottage: Near Frankenstein Manor sits the cottage where the original Frankenstein’s Monster once received sustenance and friendship. You can find the same here with a Miller Lite, Michelob Ultra, Modelo Especial or very appropriate Monster Energy Drink.
