Lego Discovery Center in Atlanta is offering $9 tickets to homeschool families (both adults and children) during the month of March 2025. This offer is valid Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm and includes everything a standard admission would include such as the 4D theater and all the other play experiences. This is a GREAT deal as the regular admission price starts at $24.99.

A few things to be aware of with this upcoming promotion. First, you will need to supply “proof” of homeschooling upon admission to the attraction such as application to your school district, certificate, curriculum, etc. Adults must be accompanied by a child, so you have to bring a kid with you and not just be a homeschool parent flying solo for the day. You can buy your tickets in advance online, but must select a specific date and and time for your group. Finally, no other offers can be combined with this promotion.

This is the best price I’ve seen for Lego Discovery Center Atlanta. For those of you not familiar with the facility it is located on the top level of Phipps Plaza Mall in the Buckhead area of Atlanta between Highway 400 and Peachtree Road. This isn’t a full theme park like LEGOLAND Florida, but there are a few attractions like a shooting dark rides, 4D theater, indoor playground and VR racing experience.

There are also several hands on building experiences, an amazing Atlanta MINILAND, photo experiences, character meet and greets as well as the chance to interact with and take a class from a real Lego Master Builder! If you get hungry there’s a cafe and of course a Lego store at the exit. Depending upon how many activities you do, 4D movies you watch (there’s usually a couple on rotation) or Master Builder classes you attend it’s the type of place you could knock out in 90 minutes or spend several hours exploring.

If you’ve never been to Lego Discovery Center Atlanta and homeschool I couldn’t recommend you check out this offer more. In addition to all the fun there are educational opportunities galore. This currently includes the opportunity to build your own spaceship, scan it in and then take the controls on a digital space journey. You can also build your own LEGO cars and launch them off different ramps to see how design changes affect how your car performs. MINILAND can let you explore a LEGO replica of the greater Atlanta area made of 1.5 million LEGOS and talk about the area’s geography and history too.

This offer technically March 3, 2025, so make your plans now for your best date to attend. Be sure to tell friends and perhaps make a group trip out of it. If you’re not from the downtown area there would be the opportunity to pair this with a stop at the nearby Atlanta History Center or another local attraction to make a complete day of it too. Thanks to LEGO Discovery Center Atlanta for the phenomenal offer!
