Busch Gardens and Wild Adventures both offer what is essentially a free season pass for your 5 and under kids. It’s literally as simple as registering online and then activating it at the park. This can be a great way for a family to have a year of fun on the cheap when coupled with season passes for the older kids and adults. Just see the links below for registration with the expiration date in parentheses.
All three parks offer TONS of things for preschoolers to do from animals to shows to rides. Even if your kid turns 6 this year you can still get the pass as long as they’re 5 at the time of registration (with the exception of Dollywood). As an added bonus the Busch Gardens pass is good for Islands of Adventure water park and Dollywood’s Pre-K Imagination pass is valid for Splash Country too! Of course the Splash Island integrated water park is always included at Wild Adventures. One final note, the Busch Gardens preschool card is limited to Florida residents, but as far as I can tell the Wild Adventures and Dollywood cards are open to anyone.
Having a season pass is a great way to enjoy theme parks with young kids with need for naps and limited patience or attention span. It allows you to enjoy the parks in bite sized chunks of a few hours in a morning or an evening without worrying about “getting your money’s worth” on a single day admission. This is especially true with many season passes approaching the price of a little more than a single day at the park. These passes can be an awesome value for a full year of fun.
